The Joshua Tree Inn is a small motel where every guest reservation is important to us!
- CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, and NO SHOW POLICY: Notify us 7 days prior to arrival date by email to joshuatreeinn@gmail.com to make any cancellations or changes to your reservation.
There is a 30 day cancellation for all group bookings.
We are a small inn with 11 rooms and can't absorb cancellation costs within 7 days for a single booking and within 30 days for group bookings.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel within the cancellation period, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. - For a "cancel for any reason" travel insurance option see Forbes travel insurance ratings 2023.
- DEPOSIT: $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is charged to your credit card at time of booking. (Balance due at check-in)
- CREDIT CARDS: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are charged a 4% convenience fee. We do not accept Apple Pay, check, money orders or gift cards not purchased from the Joshua Tree Inn directly
- CHECK IN TIME: 3pm-8pm,The responsibe party of the reservation must be present at check in. Early check in $25/hour but can't be guaranteed. Late check in: balance will be run using the credit card on file, room will be set up for you w/ paperwork to be signed in the room. The Innkeeper will make arrangements via phone and email with instructions to reach your room.
- LATE DEPARTURES: 11 AM is check out. There is a $25/hour. Maximum of two hours.
- NO SMOKING: $100 cleaning fee to credit card.
- NO PETS (in certain rooms, pets allowed with fee): $100 cleaning fee per night if pet in a room not allowed.
- DAMAGES AND LOSS: Pertinent charges will be made to credit card.
BLOCK RESERVATIONS:For a group experience, the entire inn can be reserved with a $175 group fee per day. Cancellations need to be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid being charged the balance due. Additionally, a guest list with or without room assignments must be provided before group members call for a room. If you have any more questions or need further information, feel free to ask!
GIFTS SHOP INFO: If you are using the online Gift shop to purchase merchandise, please ignore the information regarding check-in procedures, as you are not reserving a room. Please sign the electronic signature to authorize the Joshua Tree Inn to run the balance to the card placed on file.There are NO REFUNDS or TRANSFERS for merch.
TO FINALIZE YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE OUR POLICIES ABOVE BY ELECTRONICALLY SIGNING LINK BELOW (Please note:You will recieve a copy of this in your email for your records, there is no need to sign again.~Phone Reservations will be sent an eletronic link to sign and Online Reservations sign online before finalizing the reservation.)
