The Joshua Tree Inn is a small motel where every guest reservation is both important and special to us!

We are following CDC and county guidelines to combat SARS-cov19. Social distancing and face masks are required in the public INDOOR areas of the Inn. No masks needed for our outside areas.
  1. CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION, and NO SHOW POLICY: Notify us 7 days prior to arrival date by email to joshuatreeinn@gmail.com to make any cancellations or changes to your reservation(30 day cancellation for all group bookings). We are a small inn with 11 rooms and can't absorb cancellation costs within 7 days.
    In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

  2. Due to COVID we strongly recommend the "worry free booking" option on your reservation. For "cancel for any reason" option see Forbes travel insurance ratings 2021.

  3. DEPOSIT: $50 non-refundable deposit charged to credit card at time of booking. (Balance due at check-in)

  4. CREDIT CARDS: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Amex incurs added 5% convenience fee.

  5. Worry Free Bookings: The Worry-Free Booking option is a Peace of Mind for guests who may need a last minute cancellation due to a sudden Illness/Injury,COVID-19 Infection, Pre-existing Medical Condition,Pregnancy Complication, or an Death of Immediate Family Member. Worry free Booking takes 100% of the cost upfront and all cancellations must be made through the provided Worry Free Booking link in the email confirmation after booking. Please note that all Worry Free Bookings are not valid under the Inn's normal cancellation policy, guests must send their proof through the Worry Free Booking link.We are unable to cancel or provided a refund for these reservations.

  6. CHECK IN TIME: 3pm-8pm, early check in $25/hour but can't be guaranteed. Late check in: balance will be run using the credit card on file, room will be set up for you w/ paperwork to be signed in the room. The Innkeeper will make arrangements via phone and email with instructions to reach your room.

  7. LATE DEPARTURES: 11 AM is check out. There is a $25/hour. Maximum of two hours.

  8. NO SMOKING: $100 cleaning fee to credit card.

  9. NO PETS (in certain rooms, pets allowed with fee): $100 cleaning fee per night if pet in a room not allowed.

  10. DAMAGES AND LOSS: Pertinent charges will be made to credit card.

I agree to have my credit card on file charged for our policies stated above.
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are welcome. Pets are allowed in rooms 3 or 4 only; a $50 per pet, per night is required.
